Harman House Uxbridge
A total of £8m was invested in Harman House by an institutional investor to regenerate the 4 floors tenanted by General Mills.  The main contractor Mac-Interiors carried out this comprehensive refurbishment over 45 weeks in a fully live building. Rose Building Services were part of Mac-Interiors team which included the role of design programme monitoring, progress, quality through to commissioning and witnessing by the clients consultants.

The contract combined CAT A landlord strip-out & reinstatement with CAT B tenant fit out.  Works carried out on lift lobbies, bathrooms, and tenant floors included new M&E services – air handling, fan coil units, lighting and new mechanical plant located on the roof.
