The building comprises of a 400 seat lecture theatre and eight seminar rooms, two of which can be doubled in size by sliding the acoustic divider screens over to one side into a recess. Both of these rooms can be linked to the activities in the main lecture theatre via control panels, electric white boards and projectors. The roof of the building is copper standing seam, the exterior walls are a mixture of curtain walling, stow render, and cedar shingles cladding.
