This development principally consists of a new cat re-homing centre, veterinary centre and administration buildings plus an Education Centre and Residential Building. The Cattery Building is a 242 pen feline re-homing facility consisting of 7 homing blocks, 2 administration blocks and a reception area. The Staff and Welfare Building includes 3 operating theatres and a recovery room, x-ray developing facilities, toilets, showers, staff changing and rest rooms. The Administration Building included extensive refurbishment of an existing two storey conference centre to provide a modern three storey office environment. Education Centre works comprised of the redevelopment of the existing building structure, envelope and infrastructure to facilitate a direct fit-out by the Client. The Residential Block entailed the complete conversion of an existing shower/WC block into a residence for the Cat Centre Manager. Extensive infrastructure with sympathetic hard and soft landscaping works was undertaken to compliment the surroundings.
