Working with Buckingham Group and Eco-World at the Brentford Community Stadium Campus was  exciting as it was the stadium creation of this 17,250 seater stadium which saw the Campus mix of sports, leisure and living bring together a great sense of community.

The stadium itself, apart from being an impressive pitch incorporates modern contemporary corporate hospitality facilities within the South Stand as well as Football Association Premier League compliant Media and Broadcasting facilities.

Rose Building Services were employed directly by Buckingham Group to manage the MEP Commissioning processes ensuring that an early commissioning review and plan was established and agreed between all contractors and specialists involved.

Throughout the construction stage RBS provided regular observations of the MEP installations ensuring they were compliant with the Employers Requirements. It was essential that we set clear requirements for testing and commissioning procedures from static completion, through the dynamic testing stages and onto integration testing in order to successfully complete.
