Fast Track Hotel Fit-Out project located at the heart of Piccadilly London. Project consisted of the complete refit of M&E services to 3 floors of a live hotel along with associated plant alterations. The scope of works included the installation of 3 new mechanical service risers from basement through to level 12 roof tank room.
Works included placing into operation a new Cold water Boosted Pump system and its integration to existing building systems.
RBS were brought on to the project to establish early existing services surveys as well as managed the full M&E design development, coordination of installation and commissioning sign off. Reviews of As Built, O&M documentation and final account negotiations.
