A residential accomodation development located in Poplar, at the heart of London's East End. Phase 1 comprising of a total of 350 units with a mix of private rental apartments and housing association/shared ownership flats across three blocks. The development is part of a greater scheme of over 1000 units to be devloped in ongoing phases.

RBS provided Technical Services Management and  Management of the M&E sub-contractors throughout the production Phase through to commissioning and handover. Coordinated the review and collation of M&E O+M manuals, reviewed of M&E installations, managed commissioning & handover of the Energy Centre and District Heating Scheme and provided support on utilities management.
