This project involved the full strip out and CAT A Refurbishment of a 4 storey 6200sq/ft existing office space located within the Barbican area of London. Basement to third level refurbishment, lift modifications, new toilet areas and new roof plant enclosure.
Rose Building Services managed the MEP services design and installation, working as an integral part of the team to ensure the space conditioning was achieved in accordance with the Architects requirements which was to give an exposed industrial look.
The new VRF system with the attenuated plant room enclosure was installed along with new Hot & Cold Water System, ventilation, lighting, power and controls.
