Private Semi-Subterranean Home in Buckinghamshire (20,000 sq ft, 150 acre private estate) for Lady Hamlyn. A Grand and unique design, concrete structure with grass roof (1000 tons), swimming pool and associated filtration system / with moving floors and 50m x 4m high purpose designed glass walls with 4m high automated pop out doors. Our role was to be involved with the Client and Clients Team to turn this design concept into a buildable reality.
