We were appointed by Base Construction Ltd as their lead MEP Design and Technical Services / Commissioning Management for the Controls/Building Management Systems and Fire Alarms throughout the various facilities within the building..

With the Stadium (seating capacity of 62850), being the 3^rd largest football stadium in the UK (largest in London) it was designed as a Multipurpose venue, with the world first dividing retractable football pitch which reveals a synthetic turf field for NFL London Games, concerts and a host of other events. The stadium provides separate facilities for both football and NFL players, these include changing rooms, medical facilities, restaurants, lounges etc. 

There were many challenges throughout the construction of this facility, however Rose Building Services remained focused and instrumental within their scope of works and authority, ensuring that solutions were found to continue the progress in a positive manner.
